Drones attacked Russia’s Leningrad and Voronezh oblasts overnight into Tuesday, with local governors reporting the downing of dozens of unmanned aerial vehicles, Russian officials and media said.

Drones struck Russia’s Ust-Luga port in Leningrad Oblast once again. Regional governor Alexander Drozdenko claimed that 38 drones were destroyed, according to Interfax. Three people were injured, including two children.

At least 17 people were detained in Russia during protests against internet blocking. Four of them were minors, according to local outlets OVD-Info and Sota.
