Russian drone strikes UNESCO building in Lviv city center
Russian forces attacked the historic center of Lviv with drones on Tuesday, damaging a residential building that is part of a UNESCO World Heritage site, Lviv Oblast Military Administration head Maksym Kozytskyy and Mayor Andriy Sadovyi reported.
Fires broke out in apartment buildings on Soborna Square, Brativ Rohatyntsiv Street and Chervonoyi Kalyny Avenue after the drone strikes, according to the regional governor.
Debris from a downed UAV also ignited a private house in the village of Sernyky, Bibrka territorial community.
At least seven people were injured, one of them in serious condition. All emergency services responded to the scenes.

View in Telegram.In the Sykhivskyi district, a drone hit a high-rise residential building on Chervonoyi Kalyny Avenue, causing a fire, Mayor Sadovyi reported.
Debris reportedly fell on Stepan Bandera Street as well, according to Sadovyi.
Explosions were also reported in Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Vinnytsia, according to public broadcaster Suspilne.
