Ukrainian intelligence targets Gazprom's digital infrastructure in latest cyberattack

A cyber group from Ukraine's Main Intelligence Directorate has launched a DDoS attack on the digital infrastructure of Russian companies Gazprom and Gazpromneft, disrupting their online services, according to a source in Defense Intelligence speaking to hromadske.

The cyber attack targeted the online services of these companies, which support the activities of the Russian army.

Since January 28, clients have been unable to access their personal accounts, use online services, make payments for fuel using fuel cards, redeem or accumulate bonuses, and more.

"Today's problems for Russian drivers are a greeting from our brethren from 1918, the heroes of the Battle of Kruty, who over a hundred years ago gave a beating to the criminal Russian gangs of Muravyov. Today, we continue the cause of those defenders of Kyiv, both on the frontline and in cyberspace. Glory to Ukraine!" the military intelligence stated.
