At least 23 injured in Russia's mass overnight attack on Ukraine
Russian troops attacked Ukraine with strike drones and missiles overnight into Thursday. Dozens of casualties have been reported by local administrations.
Kyiv
In the Darnytskyi district, Russian troops damaged a nine-story residential building. No casualties were reported.
Fires also broke out in a two-story private house in the Pecherskyi district and at a private estate in the Holosiyivskyi district. Information about the casualties is being verified.
Kharkiv Oblast
Hits were recorded in the Kyivskyi, Shevchenkivskyi, Slobidskyi, and Saltivskyi districts of the city of Kharkiv, as well as in the village of Ray-Olenivka, Kharkiv district.
According to preliminary data, 14 people were injured, including a seven-year-old boy. Multi-storey and private residential buildings were damaged.
Two private residential buildings in the Saltivskyi district, as well as a car and garage structures in the Slobidskyi district of the city, were on fire.
Zaporizhzhia Oblast
Russian troops attacked the city of Zaporizhzhia. As of this morning, at least seven people were reported injured.
Nine apartment buildings, four private houses, and non-residential buildings were damaged in the attacks. More than 500 buildings in three districts of the city are without heat.
Two shopping centers were damaged in Zaporizhzhia, in particular, the Epicenter DIY store.
Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
The aggressor state also struck the city of Kryvyi Rih. Two victims are known: an 89-year-old man and an 82-year-old woman.
