145 Ukrainian citizens evacuated from Gaza, military commissariat workers to be punished in Lviv: highlights

Ukrainians evacuated from Gaza return home

On the evening of November 11, 155 people evacuated from Gaza arrived at the airport in Chisinau, the capital of Moldova. Among them are 145 Ukrainian citizens.

There are many families with children among the evacuees. There is also one Ukrainian citizen with cancer.

The evacuation was organized by Ukraine's Defense Intelligence and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Ukraine's Ambassador to Israel Yevhen Korniychuk also said that 11 more Ukrainians left Gaza on the night of November 11-12.

Border guards raised Ukrainian flag in the "gray zone"

Border guards from the Steel Frontier Brigade of the Offensive Guard raised the flag of Ukraine in the village of Topoli in Kharkiv Oblast. This village is located in the "gray zone" on the border with Russia.

Employees of the military commissariat will be punished in Lviv

The Lviv Oblast Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support promised to bring to justice those employees who tried to force a civilian into a car the day before. However, they did not specify what kind of punishment awaits the guilty officers.

At the same time, the commissariat noted that servicemen who were transferred from combat brigades for health reasons and are limitedly fit are involved in the serving of summonses.

Ukraine agrees with the IMF on the next tranche

Ukraine and the International Monetary Fund have revised the Extended Fund Facility for the second time. In the coming weeks, the IMF Executive Board is expected to approve an agreement to transfer $900 million to Ukraine.

These funds will be transferred as part of a four-year Extended Fund Facility program for Ukraine totaling $15.6 billion.

Ukraine and Poland to discuss blockade of checkpoints

Representatives of the Ukrainian Ministry of Reconstruction will hold a meeting at the border with representatives of the Polish authorities and carriers to unblock the checkpoints. Currently, trucks are blocked on both sides of the border due to a strike by Polish carriers.

Attacks

From 7 p.m. on November 10 until 3 a.m. on November 11, Russian occupation forces attacked Ukraine with attack drones and several missiles of various types.

The occupiers sent most of the drones to the frontline regions. Air defense was operating in Odesa, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Poltava, Sumy, Kirovohrad, and Kyiv oblasts.

Ukrainian troops managed to destroy 19 enemy Shahed-136/131 attack drones.

In Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts, Russian drones damaged buildings. In the morning, the occupiers continued to attack Kyiv Oblast with ballistic missiles. The head of the city's military administration, Serhiy Popko, said that during the night attack, Russia was probably testing Kyiv's air defense system.

During the day, Russians shelled Kherson, Donetsk and Sumy oblasts. Three people were wounded and one killed in Kherson. In Toretsk, Donetsk Oblast, two people came under a barrage of enemy fire, their injuries were incompatible with life. In Sumy Oblast, two civilians riding a motorcycle were killed when the occupiers shelled the road between the border villages.
