Naftogaz wins final $1.4 billion ruling against Gazprom in Swiss court
Switzerland's Federal Supreme Court has rejected Gazprom's appeal to overturn an arbitration ruling ordering the Russian company to pay Ukraine's Naftogaz more than $1.4 billion in unpaid transit fees plus interest, Naftogaz CEO Sergii Koretskyi announced.
