Ukraine’s Cabinet of Ministers appointed four international experts and two Ukrainians to the newly updated supervisory board of Ukraine’s state oil and gas company Naftogaz, Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko reported.

Russian forces struck Zaporizhzhia Oblast overnight, wounding five people in Vilniansk and leaving more than 11,000 residents without power in Zaporizhzhia city, according to regional governor Ivan Fedorov.
