As of the morning of June 11, at least 492 children were injured, and 287 were killed in a full—scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, reports the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine.

The latest update from Prosecutor’s office indicates that 24 more children were killed in Mariupol due to indiscriminate shelling by the Russian forces. It also became known that a 17-year-old girl was injured on April 9 as a result of the Russian shelling of Raihorodok village (Donetsk Oblast).
 
According to available data, children in Donetsk (217), Kharkiv (132), Kyiv (116), Chernihiv (68), Luhansk (53), and Kherson (52) Oblasts suffered the most.

These data are not yet final, as the identification of the wounded and dead in places of active hostilities, in the temporarily occupied territories, and in the liberated territories is ongoing.
In addition, 1,971 educational institutions were damaged, of which 194 were completely destroyed due to constant Russian bombing and shelling of Ukraine.
