Heart surgery performed in Kherson for the first time after de-occupation

The operation was performed by a cardiologist from Odesa, who arrived to help Kherson doctors. He successfully stented the coronary vessels of a 71-year-old man.

Kherson regional governor Yaroslav Yanushevych said that now the Kherson Oblast Clinical Hospital is already working in normal mode. Some departments, including hematology and dialysis centers, have already resumed their work there.

According to Operational Command "South", Odesa Oblast and the regional center itself remain a priority for the Russian occupiers, despite the shifting of the front line in the south.

The region is systematically attacked by missiles and drones. The Russian military also launches drones, trying to determine the situation, in particular, they are looking for air defense systems.

The pace of fighting in Ukraine may increase in the coming weeks

According to analysts of the Institute for the Study of War, the overall pace of operations along the front line has slowed down in recent days due to deteriorating weather conditions.

Ukrainian and Russian reports from critical frontline areas in eastern and southern Ukraine indicate that operations on both sides are currently hampered by heavy rain and resulting mud.

However, temperatures are forecast to drop across Ukraine from November 28, which is expected to cause the ground to freeze and accelerate fighting.

Russian oil will stop flowing to Germany from January 1

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said that the country is ready to comply with the oil embargo against Russia from January 1. Until now, Russian oil has been supplied through the Druzhba pipeline.

In the future, part of the required amount of oil will be transported to the port of Rostock by tankers, and from there to Schwedt by pipeline. The Federal Government is also negotiating with Poland on possible supplies via the port of Gdansk.
