Corrupt System In Ukraine Hasn't Changed - Oliver Bullough

It is extremely difficult to return money that has been laundered from a country's government and stored abroad, said journalist and leading corruption researcher Oliver Bullough. During an interview with Hromadske International's Nataliya Gumenyuk, Bullough spoke about how corruption in Ukraine is set to continue as it was before given that the government has done little to clean up this problem.
