An accident with Ukrainian military
A truck and an Estonian bus en route from Tallinn to Riga collided in Latvia. As a result of the accident, servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were injured.
Estonian media reported one dead driver and 26 injured in the accident, three of them in serious condition. It is not known how many Ukrainian servicemen were injured, but according to information, most of the passengers were Ukrainians.
Potential withdrawal of Russians from Zaporizhzhya NPP
President of Energoatom Petro Kotin said that the occupiers seem to be preparing to leave Zaporizhzhya NPP, but it is too early to draw final conclusions. "It seems that they are packing their bags and stealing everything they can find," he said.
Inspections in the UOC-MP
The Security Service of Ukraine came to check another diocese of the UOC-MP in Ivano-Frankivsk. Law enforcement officials say they are doing this as part of the SBU's systematic work to counter subversive activities of Russian special services in Ukraine.
Thanks to such actions, law enforcement officers want to check whether this diocese is going to be used as a center of the "Russian world"; to prevent the use of the premises of the UOC for hiding Russian citizens, storing prohibited items, etc. and to protect the population from provocations and terrorist acts.
Electricity supply is being restored to Kherson
As of this evening, electricity supply has been restored to 17% of household consumers in de-occupied Kherson. "If you do not have electricity in your homes yet, it will be restored in the coming days. Our power engineers continue to work on it!" the head of the regional power company assures Kherson residents.
Mayor Klychko responds to the accusations about the "Points of invincibility"
The mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klychko did not agree that the "Points of invincibility" in the capital work poorly. The day before, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated the opposite and criticized the Kyiv authorities. Klychko said that more than 430 heating points have already been equipped and are working in the capital.
Situation at the frontline
Occupation forces are trying to advance on the Lyman, Bakhmut and Avdiyivka axes. At the same time, Russians are holding the line on the Kupyansk, Zaporizhzhya, Kryvyi Rih and Kherson axes.
The Russian military continues to strike at civilian infrastructure, focus on deterring the actions of the Defense Forces, and move personnel and military equipment to replenish the units that have suffered losses.

- Russia said that power lines were damaged in the town of Shebekino, Belgorod Oblast, "as a result of shelling". Some people were left without electricity and water.
- Lithuania is sending Ukraine another 2 million euros to reconstruct the energy sector damaged by Russian shelling.
- Germany handed over two more M1070 Oshkosh tank tractors and 14 border guard vehicles to Ukraine.
- In the Polish town of Glucholazy there was a mass poisoning in the center where Ukrainian refugees are now staying. More than two dozen victims were recorded. Most of them are children.
