New victims of flooding
Two more civilians have died due to the flooding of Kherson as a result of the Russian explosion of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant: an unidentified woman and a 50-year-old man were found drowned in one of the city's districts.

At the same time, the parliament has estimated that the estimated amount of environmental damage caused by the Russians' explosion of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant is already more than 1.5 billion euros.
Russia has not yet provided security guarantees to the UN
