The beginning of the development of the declaration on the air shield

Ukraine together with its allies started drafting a joint declaration on the Ukrainian air shield: its goal is to build a comprehensive multi-level air and missile defense system.

Humanitarian aid for Kherson Oblast

On November 19, humanitarian aid from Ternopil and Cherkasy oblasts was delivered to the de-occupied territories of Kherson Oblast for local residents. Kherson has already received aid from Khmelnytskyi Oblast, said the head of Kherson Regional Military Administration Yaroslav Yanushevych.

Iran's assistance to Russia in the manufacture of drones

Moscow has secretly concluded an agreement with Tehran to begin production of Iranian combat drones in Russia, The Washington Post writes with reference to the intelligence data of the American and other Western security services.

The newspaper's sources among Western officials claim that Iran and Russia finalized the agreement during a meeting in early November in Tehran, and are rapidly moving towards the transfer of projects and key components, which could allow production to begin within a few months.

The officials said the deal, if implemented, would further deepen the Russian-Iranian alliance, which has already provided Moscow with significant support in its war against Ukraine.

Help from Estonia

The Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in cooperation with other agencies of the country, will send 27 buses to Ukraine to restore transport links, and the Estonian Lions Club will donate 13 power generators.
