Missile attack on Kharkiv
On the night of September 21, the Russian occupying forces launched a missile attack on Kharkiv. The mayor of the city, Ihor Terekhov, reported on the hitting of residential high-rise buildings in the Kholodnohirskyi district.
“Information about the victims is being clarified. People are blocked at one address as a result of a missile strike. The rescuers are doing everything to save them,” the message reads.
Occupiers are trying to destroy the dam of the reservoir
The Russian occupiers have been shelling the dam of the Pechenehy reservoir in Kharkiv Oblast for several days, trying to destroy it. Local residents are asked to be ready for evacuation, the General Staff of the Armed Forces reported.
Success of the Armed Forces in the south
On September 20, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 151 occupiers and more than 40 units of Russian hardware on the southern front. In Nova Kakhovka, the Ukrainian military stopped repair work on the bridge with fire and hit a column of military hardware that was preparing to be diverted across the Dnipro. IMF and the new program for Ukraine
On September 20, Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal held talks with the Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund Kristalina Georgieva. They agreed to start work on a new special program with Ukraine in October.
Robbery of Kharkiv Oblast hospitals

Humanitarian aid from Denmark
The Danish government allocated 3.6 million dollars to the UN Agency for Sexual and Reproductive Health for humanitarian assistance to women in Ukraine and Moldova.
The contribution is aimed at ensuring safe childbirth and reproductive health and addressing gender-based violence and psychological trauma among women, the embassy said.
