Shelling of Kyiv Oblast

In the morning, the Russian occupying forces launched a missile attack on the Vyshhorod district of Kyiv Oblast: they hit an infrastructure facility. Information about the victims is being clarified. All emergency services are already working on the spot, said Oleksiy Kuleba, the head of the Kyiv regional administration.

Counterattack attempts in the south

The command has said that on the southern front, the Russians tried to launch a counterattack on two axes on July 27, but were unsuccessful and retreated with losses.

At the same time, the Ukrainian military destroyed 66 occupiers, 13 pieces of equipment and two warehouses with ammunition during the day.

Liberated settlements in Kharkiv Oblast

Since May, the Defense Forces of Ukraine have liberated 23 settlements in Kharkiv Oblast, and the process of deoccupation of the region continues, regional governor Oleg Synegubov said.

He assured that since the Ukrainian defenders pushed the enemy away from the outskirts of Kharkiv and went to the north of the region close to the state border, the invaders did not capture an inch of land.

Ukrainian Church asks the Ecumenical Patriarch to dethrone Kirill

The Holy Synod of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine supported a letter to the Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew with a call to deprive Moscow Patriarch Kirill Gundyaev of his throne on July 27. Russians now only able to conduct two offensives
