Italian Federica Mogherini, the EU High Representative on foreign and security policy designate, has outlined her priorities at the hearing in the European parliament on October 6. If approved, she will start working as HighRep on Nov 1. What will be the position of Mogherini in respect to Ukraine and Russia? Can her views be considered pro—Russian, as claim some Eastern European leaders who opposed her appointment?
