New drone attack and delivery of Patriot system to Ukraine: last night's highlights

Russian invaders attacked southern Ukraine with drones at night, a court closed the case of inflated bonuses for the mayor of Ternopil, and Germany said it had already sent a Patriot air defense system to Ukraine. Here is what you have missed from the previous night.
Attack by drones
On the evening of April 18, air defense forces shot down 7 Russian drones near Zaporizhzhia and Dnipro. Six of them were Iranian Shahed-136 kamikaze drones. There was no information about the hits.
After that, at night, the Russian occupiers attacked Odesa Oblast with drones. Most of them were destroyed by air defense, but there was a hit on a public infrastructure facility: a fire started there. According to preliminary information, there were no casualties.
Armenia is ready to recognize Nagorno-Karabakh as Azerbaijani territory
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said he is ready to conclude a peace agreement with Azerbaijan with mutual recognition of territorial integrity, which in fact means recognizing Nagorno-Karabakh as Azerbaijani territory.
Back in September last year, amid street protests, Yerevan denied the possibility of “territorial concessions of Armenia”.
An Azerbaijani official, speaking on condition of anonymity, told Politico that Baku welcomed Pashinyan's statement and hoped that he would sign a peace agreement that would also include a “withdrawal of troops” from Nagorno-Karabakh.

Sending the Patriot system to Ukraine
Germany has announced that it has already delivered a Patriot air defense system with missiles to Ukraine, as well as 16 Zetros trucks and two border patrol vehicles.

Court closes case against Ternopil mayor
The Ternopil City District Court has closed the proceedings in the case of Ternopil Mayor Serhii Nadal, who was accused of receiving inflated bonuses, “due to the absence of administrative offenses”.
Nadal himself said that the court's decision means that “accusations of ‘sky-high bonuses’ and other additional charges are unlawful and void”.

Attack on military enlistment office in Bryansk region
Russian authorities said that “the Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked the military enlistment office” in the Novozybkov urban district in the Bryansk region with a drone. They say that there were no casualties and that the building had “partially broken windows”.
Zelenskyy traveled to Poltava Oblast
It has been reported that on April 18, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy made a working trip to Poltava Oblast, where he held a meeting on the situation in the region, visited wounded soldiers in the hospital, and presented them with awards.
