New massive missile attack and another version of the identity of the executed prisoner: last night's highlights

Russians carried out a new massive shelling of Ukraine at night, emergency power outages are being used in some regions, and several trains are delayed. Meanwhile, the North Territorial Defense claimed that the video of the execution of a Ukrainian prisoner shows their fighter. Here is what you might have missed from the previous night.
New massive missile attack
On the night of March 9, a large-scale air raid was launched in Ukraine, followed by explosions in several regions.
In particular, the Russian military launched about 15 strikes in Kharkiv Oblast. Critical infrastructure facilities were targeted. There was a hit to a private residential building in the region, and there were problems with electricity in some areas of Kharkiv.
Missiles also hit an energy infrastructure facility in Odesa Oblast. Residential buildings were also damaged. According to the Regional Military Administration, there are no casualties, but power supply restrictions have been introduced. There were some missiles shot down.
Air defense was also operating in Kyiv Oblast. In the morning, the sounds of explosions were heard in Kyiv. Mayor Vitali Klitschko said that the explosions were in the Holosiivskyi district. There was no information about casualties or damage at the time.
Explosions were also reported in Vinnytsia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytskyi, Sumy, Ternopil, Lviv, Dnipro, Mykolaiv, and Zaporizhzhia Oblasts.
Train delays and emergency power outages
Due to the massive shelling, 15 trains are currently delayed. Several power outages have been reported across the country as a result of attacks on energy infrastructure, and Ukrzaliznytsia has put backup diesel locomotives into operation.
In Kyiv City, Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, and Odesa Oblasts, emergency power outages are being implemented as a preventive measure due to massive Russian shelling. In the capital, 15% of consumers are currently without power.
Who is in the video of the shooting of a Ukrainian prisoner?
The Regional Directorate of the North Territorial Defense assures that the soldier who was shot by the Russians because of saying “Glory to Ukraine!” was Oleksandr Matsievskyi, a soldier of the 119th Separate Brigade of the Chernihiv Oblast Territorial Defense from Nizhyn. His relatives recognized him in the footage. Earlier, the General Staff had mentioned the name of another soldier.

One million Ukrainian refugees work across Europe
About one million Ukrainian refugees are working across Europe, the European Commission has reported. It said that the European Union has created a Talent Pool Pilot to help people who fled Russian aggression against Ukraine find jobs.
Teenagers removed a flag from a military man's grave for a video
In Uman Raion of Cherkasy Oblast, teenagers removed a national flag from the grave of a fallen soldier and posted a video of their act on TikTok. After the video became public, the teenagers apologized for their actions and installed another flag.
Law enforcement officers identified the offenders as two boys and two girls aged 14. The police drew up administrative reports against the parents for failing to fulfill their child-rearing responsibilities.

Previous shelling
On March 8, Russian occupation forces attacked Nikopol Raion of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. As a result, 6 people were injured in Nikopol, including two children. Twenty-four houses were damaged in the city.
The occupiers also shelled four territorial communities in Sumy Oblast with various types of weapons, damaging a house.
