New military aid to Ukraine and death of couple in Zhytomyr Oblast: last night's highlights

The Slovak government approved a new package of military aid to Ukraine. It will include ammunition, warm clothes, and other equipment. In addition, the country will donate 300 generators in December.

France has donated 100 medium-capacity generators to Ukraine for the heating season, the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine reported.

And the US is preparing a new $275 million military aid package for Ukraine, Reuters reports. The package will include new means to fight drones and strengthen air defense.

In addition, the US House of Representatives has approved a record US defense budget for 2023, which amounts to about $ 858 billion, including $ 800 million for Ukraine. In the future, the document must be approved by the Senate and President Joe Biden.

Death of a couple in Zhytomyr Oblast

According to preliminary data, a 38-year-old man and his 32-year-old wife were driving a car from the village of Sushchany toward the village of Kopyshche.
