In February 2019 the program "Nashi Groshi with Denys Bihus" has launched an investigation in which it was stated that Ihor Gladkovsky, the son of the deputy secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleg Gladkovsky, was a participant of theft schemes in the defense industry of Ukraine. Oleg Gladkovsky, in turn, is a close friend of ex-President Petro Poroshenko. According to investigators, the management of the Ukroboronprom concern knew about fraudulent equipment and gave their consent to them.

According to journalists, Gladkovsky and his partners have earned at least 250 million hryvnias.
