Situation at the front

The Russian occupiers continue to focus their main efforts on conducting offensive operations on the Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiyivka and Maryinka axes. Ukrainian troops repelled 40 attacks there over the last day. Bakhmut and Maryinka remain at the epicenter of the fighting.

The spokesman for the Eastern military grouping, Serhiy Cherevatyi, said that "unprecedented bloodthirsty battles are taking place in Bakhmut." Despite their losses, Russian troops are determined to capture it. The Ukrainian military is doing everything it can to wear down the occupiers' combat capabilities, to undermine their energy and morale.
