In Odesa, electricity is gradually returning to consumers
On the night of December 10, Russian occupation forces attacked Odesa Oblast with kamikaze drones. The occupiers targeted energy infrastructure facilities. As a result, significant destruction occurred, and thousands of consumers were left without electricity.
As of the afternoon of December 11, power engineers managed to improve the situation with electricity supply in Odesa Oblast. During the day, the number of people without electricity decreased from 1.5 million to 300,000.
In addition, due to emergency power outages in some areas of Odesa there were interruptions in water supply.
Trams and trolleybuses stopped running in Lviv
On December 11, trams and trolleybuses do not run in Lviv due to icy contact network. Emergency crews are working to eliminate the problem.

In Chernihiv Oblast, a bus crashed into a checkpoint
On December 10, near Chernihiv, a shuttle bus hit a checkpoint. Because of this, seven passengers and the driver sought medical help.

Russians change tactics on Bakhmut axis
According to the spokesman of the Eastern Group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Colonel Serhiy Cherevatyi, the occupiers are using assault detachments instead of company and battalion tactical groups in the Bakhmut sector.
