50 more Ukrainian defenders are released from captivity

Ukraine returned 50 defenders from Russian captivity during the next exchange. This was announced by the Head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak.

Among those returned are 14 defenders of Mariupol, including 8 from Azovstal. Moreover, the wounded in the battles in Donetsk, Luhansk, and Zaporizhzhia directions and the fighters held in Olenivka were released from captivity.

Germany hands over new Gepard self-propelled artillery systems to the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The German government is transferring 7 Gepard self-propelled anti-aircraft artillery systems and 100 thousand first aid kits for the needs of the Ukrainian Defense Forces. This is stated in the report of the German government.

In addition, Germany has donated three BEAVER bridge-laying tanks, 8 unmanned surface ships, 12 border guard vehicles, 4000 sleeping bags, spare parts for Mi-24, and 30 ambulances.

Occupants are preparing to evacuate the personnel of their "administrations" in Zaporizhzhia Oblast

According to available information, the Russian occupation forces are withdrawing separate units and preparing for the evacuation of the personnel of the occupation administrations of the settlements of the temporarily occupied territory of Zaporizhzhia Oblast. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Switzerland has frozen Russian assets worth over 7 billion euros

As of November 25, Switzerland has frozen Russian assets worth 7.5 billion Swiss francs (7.2 billion euros). This was reported by the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs of the country.

This does not include the value of 15 frozen properties of legal entities and individuals who were subject to sanctions.

At the same time, the department noted that the amount of frozen assets is not a direct indicator of how effectively the sanctions are implemented. In particular, the amount of frozen assets may fluctuate.

Letters with explosives in Madrid

After the explosion at the Embassy of Ukraine in Madrid, envelopes with explosives were sent to the Prime Minister of Spain Pedro Sánchez, the Ministry of Defense of Spain, and the Spanish air base. This was reported by El Mundo.

Later on, the US Embassy in Madrid also received a suspicious package. The police surrounded the area around the embassy and destroyed the suspicious package.
