The Hill writes that House Republicans are preparing a new bill to help Ukraine.

Speaker of the House Mike Johnson has put forward the idea of providing military aid to Ukraine not for free, but in the form of a loan or land lease. Johnson also proposed to transfer frozen Russian assets to the Ukraine Support Fund, which is used to provide aid to Kyiv.

The day before, at a meeting with journalists, the speaker expressed support for Ukraine: “No one wants Vladimir Putin to win. I believe that he will not stop in Ukraine and will go through the whole of Europe. In my opinion, there is right and wrong, good and evil, and Ukraine is a victim here.”

Rotations of soldiers on the front line have begun

Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi said that despite the rather difficult situation along the entire front line, it was possible to start the process of rotation and replacement of units and subunits that have been performing combat missions on the front line for a long time.

Russians are trying to jam Ukrainian TV and radio

On the morning of March 14, Russian occupants attacked radio facilities in the Sumy region and the telecommunications infrastructure of the Kharkiv region.

In particular, broadcasting transmitters in Sumy, Shostka, Bilopillia, and Trostianets were temporarily disabled. Signal interruptions also occurred in the Kharkiv region.

At 5 p.m., the State Special Communications Service reported that repair and restoration crews were working on the ground to restore broadcasting.

Klitschko to dismiss subway director

Investigative journalists from Bihus.Info have discovered that the mother of Kyiv Metro Director Viktor Brahinskyi has become the owner of two apartments in the capital, while his ex-wife has acquired luxury real estate and a land plot.

Following the story, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said he would suspend the subway chief from his duties if he did not resign.

Klitschko also expressed his desire to have the facts revealed in the journalistic investigation investigated by law enforcement.

Sweden to help purchase ammunition for Ukraine

The Swedish government will donate 30 million euros to the Czech Republic for the purchase of ammunition for Ukraine. The funds will be allocated as part of the 15th military aid package for Kyiv.

Belgium, the Netherlands, Lithuania, France, Norway, and Luxembourg have already joined the Czech initiative to purchase ammunition.

Earlier, Czech President Petr Pavel said that Prague had already raised the necessary funds to purchase 800,000 rounds of ammunition for Ukraine.

Bundestag is against supplying Ukraine with Taurus missiles

The German Parliament did not support the resolution to supply Ukraine with long-range Taurus cruise missiles. The vote was attended by 690 deputies. 190 parliamentarians voted in favor of the missile delivery, while 495 opposed the decision.

Rheinmetall to build four plants in Ukraine

The German arms concern Rheinmetall intends to build at least four plants in Ukraine. They plan to produce shells, military equipment, gunpowder, and anti-aircraft weapons.

According to Rheinmetall President Armin Papperger, Ukraine is now an important partner for the German concern. He adds that the company sees a potential of two to three billion euros in sales per year.
