Russia plans to restore the so-called Crimean bridge, which connects the territory of the Russian Federation and the occupied peninsula, by July 2023. Earlier it was stated that there was no serious damage there. This is reported by the Kremlin mass media. The Russian government has issued an order, according to which the deadline for a state contract for the repair of the bridge is July 1, 2023.
The US announced a new military aid package worth $725 million
The USA announced a new package of military aid to Ukraine worth 725 million dollars. This is reported by Reuters with reference to two informed American officials.
The new package will include ammunition and vehicles. No significant new weapons or anti-aircraft defenses are expected. However, U.S. officials stressed that the timing of the package's announcement, as well as its contents and cost, could change up to the last minute.
Ukrainian defenders destroyed Russian weapons and military hardware near Antratsyt
According to preliminary information, in the area of the railway station Antratsyt, Luhansk Oblast, the Ukrainian military destroyed a significant part of the weapons and military hardware of the Russian Federation, which was transported by railway transport. The number and nature of the damages are being clarified. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces.
During the day, the aviation of the Defense Forces made 13 strikes. It was confirmed that 12 areas of concentration of weapons and military hardware, as well as one anti-aircraft missile system of the enemy, were destroyed.
Missile forces and artillery hit 3 control points, 8 areas of concentration of manpower, weapons, and military hardware, and three ammunition warehouses.
Last attacks of the occupiers
Russia does not stop striking the critical infrastructure and civilian objects of Ukraine. On October 14, Russian troops launched three missile and ten air strikes and carried out shelling using MLRS up to 10 times. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces.
For its crimes, Russia used cruise, aviation, and anti-aircraft guided missiles and attack unmanned aerial vehicles of Iranian production.

A fire broke out in Belgorod after explosions were heard over the city. Local Telegram channels write about it. The governor of the Belgorod region reported that a 110 kW substation caught fire after the shelling of Belgorod.
