Russian shelling of Severodonetsk kills and injures people cooking outside

The occupiers are trying to gain a foothold on the northeastern and southeastern outskirts of Severodonetsk. Two people were killed in the Russian shelling of the city, regional governor Serhiy Hayday reported.
Heavy fighting continues for Severodonetsk and Lysychansk. The enemy resorts to the use of all available weapons, including aircraft.
As a result of the Russian shelling, two residents of Severodonetsk were killed and five others were injured. Most of them live in the same neighborhood in the old part of the city. People were preparing food outside when the shelling began.
In addition, two residents of the village of Syrotyne were seriously injured. All the wounded were given primary medical care, and admitted to hospitals in Donetsk Oblast.

The occupiers continue to destroy civilian buildings; on May 29, at least 12 houses were destroyed in Severodonetsk, 18 in Lysychansk, 10 in Vrubivka, as well as a community center, 3 in Zolote, and two each in Nyrkove, Mykolaivka, and Viktorivka.
