Shelling of Ukrainian cities and a strike on a Russian ammunition depot near Luhansk: highlights for July 16

Shelling of settlements
Last night at about 1:30 a.m., the Russians launched four S-300 missiles at Kharkiv from the territory of the Belgorod region. There were no casualties.
At approximately 6:50 p.m. on July 16, Russians fired missiles at the territory of an industrial enterprise in the Osnovianskyi district of Kharkiv. A man was killed and three other people were injured. All of them were employees of the industrial enterprise.
At 10:09 p.m., Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported that the city was under fire again.
Also, around 8:00 p.m., the occupiers fired at a settlement in the Beryslav community in Kherson Oblast. A local resident was killed. Previously, the Russian military carried out two air strikes with guided aerial bombs.
“During the day, five more civilians, including two children, were injured as a result of Russian aggression in Kherson Oblast,” the Prosecutor General's Office said.
In addition, Russian troops attacked the city of Zaporizhzhia on the night of July 16. One person was injured as a result.
Situation in the occupied territories
The occupation authorities of temporarily occupied Crimea announced a nighttime drone attack on the peninsula. The attack was allegedly “massive and long-lasting”.
According to the Russian proxies, the Russians shot down two drones over Crimea and suppressed 5 more with electronic warfare. Two surface drones were also destroyed on an external raid.
On July 6, Ukrainian troops struck a Russian military depot in the temporarily occupied village of Katerynivka (formerly Yuvileine), Luhansk Oblast.
