Strike on market in Donetsk, attack on marine terminal in Russia: highlights for January 21

Russians accused the Ukrainian military of a strike on Donetsk that killed 27 people. The Ukrainian Armed Forces denied any involvement. Police said they had identified five people involved in the unlawful actions against Yuriy Nikolov, a journalist with the Nashi Hroshi project, whose apartment was broken into by unknown persons.
