Strike on Odesa: 14 dead, over 46 wounded
As a result of the Russian missile strike on Odesa on March 15, 14 people were killed and more than 46 were wounded, reported regional governor Oleh Kiper and the Office of the Prosecutor General.
According to the investigation, the Russian military launched a missile attack around 11:00 AM.
Among the 14 dead are civilians, a rescuer of the State Emergency Service and a paramedic. More than 46 people were injured, including seven employees of the State Emergency Service. In addition, according to the Ministry of Health, the driver of the ambulance is seriously injured. Doctors are fighting for his life.
The injured are being provided with all necessary assistance. All relevant services are eliminating the consequences of the enemy attack, and law enforcement officers are recording another crime by the Russians.
Kiper added that tomorrow, March 16, Odesa and the region will be mourning.
Civilian infrastructure was damaged: residential buildings, commercial buildings, and vehicles.
Data on the number of deaths and injuries, as well as a complete list of destruction and damage, are being updated.
Investigators have opened proceedings over violation of the laws and customs of war combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The Russian army damaged civilian infrastructure. A fire broke out at the site of the hit. Rescuers immediately arrived at the site of the strike and began to extinguish the fire, dismantle the rubble and search for victims. During the work, Russia launched another missile strike.
In particular, the attack damaged 10 private houses, a service station, a low-pressure gas pipeline, and two fire and rescue vehicles.
