According to the minister, journalists cite an invoice dated December 9, 2022, while the contract with the Turkish company was signed in September.
"The strange invoice, which is cited with a price of allegedly $29 or $30 in Turkish, is dated December 9. That is, when the deliveries have already taken place," Reznikov emphasized.
He assured that this Turkish company offered jackets starting at $83. There were no offers with a lower price from any manufacturer, the minister emphasized.
