Military plans of the Russians
The Institute for the Study of War believes that the Kremlin will try to seize the strategic initiative from Ukraine over the next six months and is already changing fundamental aspects of its approach to war.

Strike on Dnipro
As of the evening of January 15, 30 people were killed as a result of the attack of the Russian occupation troops on a high-rise building in Dnipro. Among the dead is one child, a 15-year-old girl.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the rubble is still being cleared at the site. This will continue until there is at least the slightest chance to save lives.
In addition, Zelenskyy appealed to the Russians who, even after such an attack, “could not utter even a few words of condemnation”, although “they see and know everything perfectly”.
“Evil is very sensitive to cowardice... And when it comes for you, there will be no one to protect you,” he stressed.
It also became known that during the terrorist attack of the Russian occupation troops on a high-rise building in Dnipro, the Honored Boxing Coach of Ukraine and senior coach of the national team of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Mykhailo Kurenovskyi was killed.
