The Sunday Show: Normandy Summit Results and Suspects in Sheremet’s Murder Case

At the first Normandy Four meeting in three years, and the first meeting with Russia's Vladimir Putin for President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Ukraine and Russia managed to agree on a few measures: in particular, to conduct an "all for all" prisoner exchange and implement a permanent ceasefire by the end of the year. However, the key issues remain unresolved. And now Ukraine is planning to propose amendments to the Minsk Agreements in advance of the next Normandy format summit, scheduled for March 2020.
