The Sunday Show: Ukraine-Russia Gas Transit Negotiations and Protests in Georgia

For the first time since 2014, Ukraine and Russia held bilateral talks on the new gas transit agreement. We will discuss the prospects of the talks and the meaning of a possible gas transit contract. We'll also have an interview with MargaritaAkhvlediani, JAMnews editor in Tbilisi, to talk about the ongoing protests in Georgia.
This week in Vienna, for the first time since 2014, Ukraine and Russia held bilateral talks on the new gas transit agreement. The parties agreed to intensify negotiations both bi- and trilaterally with the participation of the EU. In the studio, we will discuss the prospects of the talks and the meaning of a possible gas transit contract. Our Sunday Show will feature Oleksandr Kharchenko, director of the Energy Industry Research Centre in Kyiv, and Roman Nitsovych, research director at DiXi Group.
We'll also have an interview with Margarita Akhvlediani, JAMnews editor in Tbilisi, to talk about the ongoing protests in Georgia.
