Training of Ukrainians with Leopard tanks and fine for British Prime Minister: last night's highlights

The Ukrainian military will begin training with German Leopard tanks, the British Prime Minister was fined for not wearing a seatbelt while riding in the back seat of a car, and the United States handed over evidence to the UN that North Korea is supplying weapons to Russia. Here is what you may have missed from the previous night.
Training with Leopard tanks for Ukrainians
Countries with German Leopard 2 tanks may train the Ukrainian military to use them. However, there is still no commitment to provide these tanks to Kyiv, Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov said.
The minister expressed hope that Germany “will calmly come to a decision” on the possible transfer of tanks “through its internal consultations”.
The United States handed over evidence on North Korea to the UN
National Security Council spokesperson John Kirby said that the United States has shared its intelligence with a group of experts from the UN Security Council Sanctions Committee on North Korea that it is supplying weapons to Russia.
The United States does not believe that this has changed the dynamics of the fighting in Ukraine but predicts that the supply will continue.

Investigation into Iranian-made drones
The Prosecutor General's Office said that the Ukrainian investigation cannot yet say whether Russia is using Iranian-made kamikaze drones.
“A pre-trial investigation is underway. It will not be quick. After all, the examination required is not simple, but involves a wide range of specialists,” the Prosecutor General's Office’s representatives said.
British Prime Minister was fined
Police have fined British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak for not wearing a seat belt while riding in the back seat of a car while filming a video for social media.
In response, a Downing Street spokesperson emphasized that the British leader “will of course comply with the penalty”. “The Prime Minister fully accepts this was a mistake,” the spokesperson added.
