The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is planning to expand personal sanctions, connected to Russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine, according to a decree posted onto the government’s website.

The decree states that over the course of a month, the government is expected to develop and submit to the National Security and Defense Council a list of new, personalized, economic sanctions against companies that supply Russia’s military-industrial complex. These sanctions are planned to have a duration of 3 years.

These new sanctions will be implemented against legal entities registered in Russia, as well as in the occupied territories.
