Ukraine Cannot Win An Infowar Against Russia. Russia Has More Resources- French Journalist

The creation of a Ministry of Information in Ukraine was ill-advised, said journalist Stephane Siohan and media advocate Ihor Rozkladaj. Both were concerned that any attempt on the part of Ukraine to counter Russia's information war would have disastrous results for Ukraine.
