Ukraine's Division is the Product of Political and Media Constructs - French Journalist

The idea of division of Ukraine is a product of political and media constructs said Sébastian Gobert, a correspondent for Liberation, RFI and Le Monde Diplomatique. During his four-year stay in Ukraine he has observed regional differences, but not divisions. 
Gobert also spoke about his recent reporting trip to Mariupol and the overarching desire of both soldiers and civilians to see the conflict ending quickly. 
The journalists said he would not use the term ‘abandoned’ when speaking of East Ukraine people living on the fronline. “Huge network of volunteers is trying to solve the problem’, he said, although the process of helping of those in need is extremely disorganized, with government rules changing all the times.
