Ukraine tries to put together an international drone mission

Mr. Klimkin said that monitoring the Ukrainian-Russian border with Russian drones, operated by the OSCE, was discussed during a meeting of world leaders in Milan meeting last week. Both Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and Russian President Vladimir Putin were present at the meeting.
