Ukraine's new parliament will be a battle of pessimism vs. optimism

There is a new sense of civic society in Ukraine than there was before said Andrew Wilson, a senior fellow with the European Council on Foreign Relations. However, for anything to change in Ukraine, this surge of interest in the country's governance needs to be channeled into constructive reform projects. The challenge for Ukraine's parliament is to devise and enact these reform projects.
