Before the vote, Honcharuk gave a speech to the parliament.

"Six months is a very short time to evaluate the work of any government. But I think that Ukrainians already feel it in their utility bills. I urge you (MPs- ed.) tot to slow down the pace and not to change direction. I will continue work to make Ukraine successful,"  Honcharuk said.

At the same time, he stressed that the government had "sealed tons of shadow schemes", which caused the Cabinet to "get a lot of dirt".

Earlier, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in the Parliament and criticized the work of the Cabinet of Ministers.
