The President of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola arrived in Ukraine on a visit, the occupiers are digging trenches on the Crimean coast, and the case of the shooting of civilians by the Russian military in Kyiv Oblast was brought to court. President of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola arrived in Ukraine on the evening of March 3.

Occupiers' trenches in Crimea
Russian occupiers have dug approximately 200 km of trenches along the coast of the temporarily occupied Crimea to protect themselves from a potential Ukrainian landing, reported Vladyslav Nazarov, spokesman for Operational Command "South".
The case of shooting of civilians
The case of a Russian serviceman suspected of killing two civilians in March 2022 in Kyiv Oblast has been sent to court. This crime was recorded by the company's video surveillance cameras.

Intelligence from UOC-MP priest
The SBU has detained a priest of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate) in Sumy Oblast, who is suspected of collaborating with Russians.
According to the special services, the rector of a church in Shostka district was collecting intelligence on the deployment of the Defense Forces.
Strike on a high-rise building in Zaporizhzhya
As of 10 p.m. on March 3, rescuers unblocked the bodies of seven dead residents of a building in Zaporizhzhya that was hit by a Russian missile attack on March 2.
Since the start of the rescue operation, the SES has managed to rescue 11 people and evacuate 20 more.
Situation near Bakhmut
Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov said that the situation in the Bakhmut area is difficult but under control.
Currently, soldiers of the 93rd separate mechanized brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces "Kholodnyi Yar" are in Bakhmut. Iryna Rybakova, a spokesperson for the 93rd Brigade, who is currently in Bakhmut, confirmed to us that the brigade continues to defend the settlement.
