This was announced by the representative of the Verkhovna Rada in the Constitutional Court Olha Sovhyrya.
The announcement came during today's speech in the parliament of Polish President Andrzej Duda. According to the President of Ukraine, the bill will be submitted to the Rada in the near future.
Duda is currently on a visit to Kyiv. On May 22, he addressed the Ukrainian Parliament and became the first foreign leader to address Ukrainian MPs in person.
