Ukrainian security services use drones to hit two oil depots in Krasnodar Krai and an oil refinery in Bashkortostan, 1,500 kilometers from the Ukrainian border. Attacks on Russian oil depots
On the night of May 9, SBU drones hit two oil transshipment depots in the Krasnodar Krai of Russia. They are used to supply fuel to Russian troops in occupied Crimea, as they are located near the peninsula.
In addition, on May 9, a long-range SBU drone struck the Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat oil refinery in Bashkortostan, Russia. In doing so, it set a "historical record" by covering a distance of 1,500 kilometers.
Zelenskyy's decrees
On May 9, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy issued several decrees related to appointments and dismissals.
Thus, the head of state replaced the commander of the Special Operations Forces with Oleksandr Trepaka. In addition, Zelenskyy reinstated Dmytro Hereha as the commander of the Support Forces.
Zelenskyy also dismissed the former commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces, Valerii Zaluzhnyy, from military service and appointed him ambassador to the United Kingdom.
In the evening, Zelensky fired the head of the State Protection Department, Serhii Rud, whose employees were preparing to assassinate the President of Ukraine and other high-ranking officials.
Dismissal of officials
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine voted to dismiss Oleksandr Kubrakov, Vice Prime Minister for the Restoration of Ukraine and Minister of Community Development, Territories and Infrastructure, from his post.

Earlier it became known that at a meeting of the Servant of the People faction on May 8, it was decided to divide the Ministry of Community Development, Territories, and Infrastructure of Ukraine into two separate agencies — the Ministry of Community Development, Territories, and the Ministry of Infrastructure. The new Ministry of Infrastructure is to be headed by Kubrakov.
In addition, MPs voted to dismiss Mykola Solskyi from the post of Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine — this decision was supported by 273 MPs.
Military assistance to Ukraine
The Swedish government has ordered its Armed Forces to allocate €28 million to support Ukraine's defense capabilities.
In particular, €18 million will be used to support three coalitions in which the country is involved: mine action (€5 million), maritime security (€3 million), and drones (€10 million). The remaining €10 million will be allocated to the trust fund of NATO's comprehensive assistance package for Ukraine.
In addition, German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius said that his country would purchase three M142 HIMARS multiple-launch rocket systems from the United States and transfer them to Ukraine.
Parade in Moscow on Ukrainian television
Russian hackers have hacked into the satellite signal of the Inter TV channel and the StarLightMedia group of channels. They launched a broadcast of the parade in Moscow on Red Square. The StarLightMedia press service told Detector Media that the parade was broadcast from 10:00 to 10:18.
The signal of StarLightMedia and Inter channels was quickly restored. First Deputy Chairman of the National Council Valentyn Koval said that the regulator is preparing a letter to the International Telecommunication Union, a special unit of the United Nations.
Preventive measure for Kolomoisky

Businessman Ihor Kolomoisky, who is already in a pre-trial detention center on a fraud case, has been granted a new preventive measure in the case of ordering a murder — the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv ordered him to be held in custody until July 7 without bail.
According to investigators, Kolomoisky ordered the murder of the director of a law firm to take revenge for his refusal to cooperate in an illegal deal.
