Ukraine repatriated 1,000 bodies and remains on Thursday, which Russia claims belong to fallen Ukrainian defenders, the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War reported.

Russian forces lost 29,000 soldiers in September, along with 70 tanks, 65 armored combat vehicles, over 1,050 artillery systems, six multiple rocket launchers, and other equipment, Ukraine’s General Staff reported.
