According to Ukrainian government, three civilians killed and six injured by the shelling of the outskirts of Mariupol in Donetsk oblast, including the towns of Sartana and Ledebynskyi by the selft—proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) on night, August 16—17.
Caucasus harbour is located near the Kerch Strait that connects the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov, separating the Kerch Peninsula of Crimea in the west from the Taman Peninsula of Russia's Krasnodar region in the east.
