Russian drone strike kills 2, injures 11 in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

Russian troops launched a drone attack on the Kamyanske district in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast on Friday, resulting in two deaths and 11 injuries, according to Serhiy Lysak, head of the regional military administration, and Ukraine’s State Emergency Service.
The regional administration reported that a man and a woman were killed. Among the 11 injured, a 29-year-old woman is in critical condition, while the others are in moderate condition.
The attack damaged administrative buildings, a shop, private homes, and a school. A fire broke out as a result of the strike but has been extinguished by rescuers.
The situation in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
According to the regional administration, overnight, Russian forces struck the Pavlohrad district, specifically the Verbky and Bohdanivka territorial communities, with drones.
A 52-year-old man was killed, and two men, aged 38 and 40, were injured and received medical assistance at the scene.
Ukrzaliznytsia, Ukraine’s railway operator, reported that a locomotive driver was killed in a drone strike on railway infrastructure in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
Russian drones also targeted the Rozdory community in the Synelnykove district and the city of Nikopol.
