Russian missile strike kills 3, wounds 8 in Dnipro
Russian forces launched a missile attack on Dnipro on Monday morning, killing three people and injuring eight others, regional governor Vladyslav Hayvanenko reported.
Rescue operations are underway at the strike site, where an auto repair shop and businesses were damaged, preliminary reports show.
The full extent of the destruction is still being assessed, Hayvanenko added. Doctors, rescuers and police are on scene providing necessary aid.
