Russian missile strike on Dnipro wounds 40, with 11 in critical condition
The number of people injured in a Russian missile attack on the southern Ukrainian city of Dnipro rose to 40, with 11 in serious condition, regional governor Vladyslav Hayvanenko reported.
Most of the wounded are being treated in hospitals, Hayvanenko said.
All fires sparked by the strike have been extinguished, and search-and-rescue operations have wrapped up. The State Emergency Service said the attack damaged a four-story office building and 49 vehicles.
The assault killed four people.
