USA allocates largest aid package, intel burns Russian helicopter in Moscow: April 26 highlights

The United States announced its largest package of military aid to Ukraine in the amount of $6 billion. The Main Intelligence Directorate burned a Russian Ka-32 helicopter in Moscow. The USA announced the largest aid package
The United States will allocate 6 billion dollars for weapons for Ukraine, which will be manufactured by American companies. According to this aid package, Ukraine will receive anti-drone weapons, artillery shells, air-to-ground missiles, and logistical support.
Politico notes that some of this equipment is likely to arrive in Ukraine in a few years, as the Pentagon will enter into contracts with American defense firms to manufacture new weapons for Ukraine, rather than using current US stocks.
Intel burns down Russian Ka-32 in Moscow
Ukrainian intelligence managed to destroy the Russian Ka-32 multi-purpose helicopter, which was at the Ostafyevo airfield in Moscow.
Ukraine’s military intelligence said that the helicopter belonged to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and was operated together with the Gazpromavia company, which is part of the Gazprom structure. The helicopter was used to support the operations of the Russian army of occupation.
Poland will continue to protect Ukrainians without passports
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Poland has promised to extend temporary protection for Ukrainian refugees who will not have passports. Earlier, the Polish Ministry of Defense hinted that the right to stay in the country may not be extended to Ukrainians subject to conscription.
The Ministry of Education of Poland seeks negotiations with Ukraine regarding Ukrainian students against the background of changes in mobilization.
At the same time, the state enterprise "Dokument" named the categories of men who can get a passport even abroad.
The case of Minister Solskyi
For the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food Mykola Solskyi, who is involved in the case of illegal acquisition of land, a bail of more than 75 million hryvnias ($1.9 million) was posted.
According to the court's decision, he was to remain in custody until the 24 with the alternative of posting bail.
After being released from custody on bail, Solskyi continues to exercise the powers of the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk said that the parliament can vote for Solskyi's resignation at the next meeting.
Road accident involving the head of the Brovary District State Administration
In Brovary, a car driven by the head of the local district state administration, Volodymyr Maibozhenko, crashed into a crowd at a pedestrian crossing. As a result, four people were injured.
Local Telegram channels are publishing a video from the scene showing the man who was behind the wheel being forced to undergo a breathalyzer test, which revealed 2.31 ppm in his body.

On April 25, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted Law No. 7731 on amendments to the Labor Code of Ukraine. According to it, employers will have the right to fire their workers if they have not informed their management about existing connections with people remaining in the temporarily occupied territories.
The rule necessarily applies to enterprises or objects of strategic importance for the economy and security of the state, or to objects or operators of critical infrastructure.
SBI: Attackers on policemen helped by two soldiers
The State Bureau of Investigation exposed two servicemen who helped two men suspected of shooting a policeman in Vinnytsia Oblast to escape on April 20.
Indeed, one of them handed over a car to escape abroad, and the other went to pick up foreign passports and a mobile phone, which he later handed over to the attackers. One of them has already been detained.
