Explosions ring out in Kursk overnight: Russian air defense allegedly shot down 4 Ukrainian missiles
Explosions rang out in the Russian city of Kursk at night. Local authorities claimed that several missiles were shot down over the region. Acting governor Aleksey Smirnov confirmed the attack on Kursk, which was also reported by social media users.
According to Smirnov, overnight in the sky over Kursk, Russian air defense allegedly shot down four missiles launched by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Locals reported the sounds of explosions.
The local governor also stated that on the morning of July 30, it was possible to put out the fire at the oil depot, which started as a result of the drone attack of the Ukrainian Defense Forces on July 28.
Currently, Kyiv has not yet commented on this situation.
