Beating of serviceman in Cherkasy Oblast, sanctions against Iran: September 10 highlights

A serviceman was beaten in Smila, Cherkasy Oblast. The United States and three other European countries have announced sanctions against Iran for transferring ballistic missiles to Russia. Washington and London plan to discuss permission for the Ukrainian Armed Forces to launch long-range strikes on Russian territory. We collected the main news for September 10.
Sanctions against Iran
The United States imposed sanctions on Iran in response to Tehran supplying Russia with ballistic missiles to wage war against Ukraine. In particular, restrictions apply to Iran's national carrier, Iran Air.

Beating of a serviceman in Smila
In the town of Smila, in Cherkasy Oblast, a serviceman Anatoliy Honcharenko, who was a soldier of the Special Operations Forces, was beaten after being wounded. Online users claimed that he was beaten by local kingpin Vadym Dolotenko.
The local resident has already been indicted and a search has been launched, because he is hiding from the investigative authorities.

However, the mobilization continues, and it needs more funding, stressed Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal. The country has a deficit of 500 billion hryvnias ($12.1 billion).
The Russian Federation confirmed the agreement not to strike Ukraine's energy facilities
The former Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, and now the Secretary of the Security Council, Sergei Shoigu, confirmed that the leader of Russia, Vladimir Putin, accepted the offer from Turkiye not to strike Ukraine's energy facilities. But Kyiv allegedly refused such an initiative.
